WOW, from arrival our experience has been amazing. The hotel is clean and welcoming. It is definitely 5 stars Entertainment staff, Sam, Biba, Momo, Kitty, Emma & Fatima, are friendly, welcoming and involve customers of all ages. Biba is an amazing dancer. Plenty of activities to do during the day and evening. The food is amazing and plenty of choices, indifferent locations around the hotel Spa was value for money, first time having a Turkish bath and I definitely will be having one again. 1st class service, all round. Coming back next year.

First time at this hotel after booking a last minute trip. The whole hotel was lovely with a beautiful design through out, room was always clean with excellent service from restaurant and bar staff always helpful and smiling. We particularly enjoyed eating at the snack bar each meal we had was lovely. The entertainment team was always full of energy and laughs even after long days of working they always gave it 100%. Biba Aqua gym was good fun and she always got every one involved, it’s a shame that it’s her last season as she is a good asset to the team. Aynur helped us book the Al’ carte restaurant, we went on the fish night and would definitely recommend the food was amazing and lovely atmosphere.

This is my second visit to Arin Resort. And I will be returning again. The service is superior from all of the staff. They all make the effort to speak English and engage. The entertainment team are brilliant, Biba makes your holiday, she is hilarious and will keep you entertained. Guest relations are very helpful, Aynuz was brilliant. The cleanliness is incredible, the man cleaning round the pool didn’t stop all day. I would recommend Arin to anyone.

The hotel was very nice it was very relaxing , the weather now in October it's very nice fabulous , the hotel not busy there's no to many kids here so it's really comfortable for us . The food was nice the fish restaurant outside very good food the buffet restaurant was good not to many choices but still good .the animation team they where very friendly with everyone. Thank you arin for making our holiday super thank you guys 😇

A beautiful stay here at Arin. The entertainment is second to none, very beautiful weather during our visit. The service of the staff is excellent and the cleanliness is incredible. Every one works so hard to make your stay comfortable and relaxed. The rooms are lovely with air conditioning and large beds

After exstensive research of Turkey & reviews of this hotel - we picked a little gem. The hotel is stunning & pool area too. outside snack bar is a big hit & very busy most lunchtimes Service & staff is brilliant always smiling Main restaurant can be repetitive & lots of stews - but a huge choice & a bonus the food containers have lids on. Maybe more labelling of some items around cereals & sauces in salad bar area. Hotel is very clean & the spa is a must visit. Animation team are excellent- but night time entertainment could be improved.

The view from our room on the first floor of the Annex building was amazing, and I mean out of this world, worth the extra pennys , hotel was lovely, food was good. Nice and relaxing break for us. The cocktails at pool bar are not any good, plastic cups and no real effort. So if you like a cocktail go to the lobby bar where the barman with the ponytail will make you the best cocktails and is so efficient and deserves a pay rise(can’t remember his name) , think I had at least 4 espresso martinis every night haha, so thank you to him especially. Hotel is clean, maid for our room 2113 was brilliant, had no complaints really. Plenty of sun beds and private area if at the annex, all in all a lovely holiday

I took my time looking for a wonderful place to holiday and Arin Resort did not disappoint Location is absolutely stunning The hotel is spotless, food was excellent and the staff so helpful and friendly Special shout out for Kemal for keeping the pool areas sparkling, he works so hard We have just booked for next year Well done to all the staff 👏

We have just returned from a week here and it was a nice visit. Food and drink are quite good only the fruit I thought was poor. The rooms are cleaned every day but our bathroom shower tiles had a orange grime on them all week and the rooms door frame was falling off( we stayed in the annexe wing) . The bedding was clean and fresh. We liked the reception bar where you could get cans of drink and bottles of beer.. entertainment was OK. We Enjoyed walkjng to the shops to buy cheap clothes. No chance of getting a sunbed by the pool in the sun as these were reserved by about 8 am every morning. Overall a good hotel though.
